After finding these pics on Alex's cell phone I now know why I might feel worn out at the end of a LONG summer day! I thought I was only imagining that my boys were very energetic. My mind usually feels about as clear as these pictures are.

I finally got pictures off of Alex's cell phone after a month. Here was our fun time at Grandpa's! Great food and relaxation.Good times.Thanks Dad and Janie! We had so much fun visiting.

I love my husband!

Not only did we have a totally romantic "home date" when the boys were at VBS, but this arrived in the mail today! 824 minutes of bliss........we love to watch anything Jane Austenish. (: We had seen a piece of Cranford last year on PBS and had heard from Jay and Amy that North ans South was great. My friend told me about Wives and Daughters being very worth watching also. Now I have all three of them and just wish I had a quiet snowy weekend with no interruptions to watch them. Chris is making a Caesar salad right now and we are starting on the 824 minutes tonight! I am so thankful he likes chick flicks....

Vacation Bible School

John and Adam just got home from their last evening of VBS. They had so much fun, made new friends, learned new songs, and played new games.

If you can't tell......the boys are wet after a ride on this speed boat around the bay. They said it was totally awesome, but scary. (: Ryan was brave enough to sit in the front seat! I stayed on shore with John after he had a total meltdown once we boarded the boat....I was very bummed. The 5 other kids stayed on together for the 30 min thrill ride! They actually got to go twice since an old lady got sick and had to be brought back to shore. I've never seen a boat this big do so many doughnuts. It looked like so much fun......from the dock. (:
